Nickelodeon relaunched the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for a whole new generation of kids. I designed a teaser page that let them get to know Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo and explore their Turtles Lair.
To celebrate the launch, phone boxes across the UK were adorned with the Turtles. Each box featured a QR code that gave fans the chance to award their favourite character extra 'Turtle Power' in a special poll, plus access to a free download of the show's theme tune and a fan kit full of additional graphics and goodies!
Mega Mutant Battle
Working with Peg Digital, I produced and art directed a turn-based fighting game that reintroduced the villainous fan-favourites Bebop and Rocksteady back into the TMNT franchise. The key demographic of boys aged 5-9 years old mean't that the game mechanic had to be simple, fast-paced, engaging, but also packed full of humour and action. It was also important that the game reflected the core brand values: heroism, brotherhood and teamwork.
